Find Darlene on social.

The slower side of the practice — everyday rituals, behind-the-scenes from studios and retreats, and quiet invitations to come home to the body.

Darlene Cook has spent decades at the intersection of clinical science and embodied feminine practice. Where nervous system research meets the ancient intelligence of the body.

Rooted in co-regulation, heart-brain coherence, and relational science, her work bridges the precision of Western science with the depth of Eastern philosophy. She spent over two decades in clinical practice and trained school systems in co-regulation and self-regulation to enhance performance and wellbeing. She then brought that same science into the most intimate system of all: the relationship between two people. She has since dedicated her work to applying nervous system science and co-regulation to relational polarity and erotic aliveness in long-term relationships.

Certified in six distinct forms of yoga and as an S Factor feminine embodiment dance trainer, with deep training and lived experience in tantra, somatic practice, breathwork, and relational energetics, she holds space where science becomes sacred and the body leads the way home.

Wild Femme Yoga is her embodiment sanctuary. Where women drop out of their minds and melt back into their bodies. Back into her. Into the feminine frequency that lives beneath the noise, the doing, the over-functioning. This is where she returns to herself.

Mother of six. Founder of Wild Femme Yoga and Wild Femme Polarity.
